SPARKLING CITRUS-RASBERRY MOCKTAIL

This amazingly refreshing Sparkling Citrus-Rasberry Mocktail recipe will keep you hydrated and motivated whenever you feel a craving sneaking up. โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ™Œ

This mocktail reminds me of sparkling raspberry lemonade - but with a zing - yum! ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿน๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‹


ingredients

  • I used 2.5 oz of Seedlip Grove 42 Citrus

  • 1 oz organic ginger juice

  • 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice

  • Sparkling water

  • Muddled raspberries

  • A teaspoon of glycemic-free monk fruit as a sweetener


METHOD

Easy peasy! Mix it all together, and shake it all up.

Please note I am truly a lemon ๐Ÿ‹ addict, so you may find 2 tablespoons to be too tart - so adjust to suit your taste buds.
