  • I used 2.5 oz of Seedlip Grove 42 Citrus

  • 1 oz organic ginger juice

  • 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice

  • Sparkling water

  • Muddled raspberries

  • A teaspoon of glycemic-free monk fruit as a sweetener


METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together, shake well, and pour over ice.

Adjust the sweetness or tartness to suit your taste buds, and garnish with extra raspberries for a touch of elegance.

Please note I am truly a lemon 🍋 addict, so you may find 2 tablespoons to be too tart - so adjust to suit your taste buds.
